How do I return an item?
Our return policy is simple. Our intent is to ship all merchandise defective free. However, sometimes in shipping damages can occur. Please contact us within 14 days of the invoice date should you have a problem with an Elly Preston product. We will issue a return authorization for the damaged item and ask you to return the item back using US Mail. We will replace any defective merchandise, or issue a credit to your account. Additionally, we will credit your US Mail shipping cost. We understand things happen but it's how we handle it from that point on that is important. We want to make buying from us fun not a hassle.
